As for your suggestion Delores S. that Papa Bear & Cooter write abook, we both agree. Major Problem-- niether of us 2 write, spell or type worth crap. Talk, we can both do that, however we all know talk is cheap & the B.S. stops when the GREEN flag drops. Wanna help us out PLEASE?(write the book, we got a bale of paper & a pack of pencils, all brand new, never out of thier packages yet, why waste good material)? As for being inducted one of the first 5 people into the OSCA Member For Life Hall of Fame, (Ted Haug: aka Papa Bear, Gary Herron:aka Fish, Barb Shaw, Robert Larson, & Charlie Schwanbeck: aka Cooter) at this time I can only say THANKYOU. you are all a great bunch of people, be you from the old school or the new school. It totaly is amazing as one of the founding members of this club to be able to think back 29 years ago to the day we started with no money no track no cars nobody knows us, we gotta be grazy. Here we are today (our second home), looking sharp, all because we believed it could be dne, convinced the public that it is going to happen, stuck together, worked together, pulled together, kept it together, and YES, this is what we have today, a continually improving fascillity , looking back only to check if a particular thing was good for the club or not, and go forward with our best judgement.
